We strive to honor ordinary people doing extraordinary things, from seeking great adventures to serving their communities and others. Connectivity makes our communities stronger.
Our Work
Spreading the message that a healthy, active lifestyle and love of the outdoors is for everyone is at the core of everything we do. We are working to tell the stories of individuals who live out this belief.
Our Inductees
From the Ironman Triathlon to the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage, Alabamians push their minds and bodies to the limits through extreme sports and adventures. We want to honor them!

We Have the Power to Impact Our Communities For Good, and We’re Doing Something About It
Countless lives have been changed and communities improved thanks to the dedication, heart, and service of the ASA Hall of Fame inductees. We believe that anyone can make a difference and are passionate about recognizing those who do. We are also on a mission to foster a love of the outdoors and adventure for generations to come. To accomplish this, we partner with local individuals and organizations to educate citizens about outdoor, sporting, and/or adventure opportunities and encourage participation. We also seek support from local officials, business owners, and community members to spread this message and continue to advocate for opportunities and projects that will further this mission.
